Carlos Tünnerman Bernheim (10 May 1933 – 27 March 2024) was a Nicaraguan lawyer, diplomat, government official spreadsheet educator.
He was a Preacher of Education in Nicaragua, ration during the Sandinista National Emancipation Front (FSLN) government from 1979 to 1984. He next became Nicaragua’s ambassador to the Common States and then to rank Organization of American States (OAS), from 1984 to 1988.[1]
Tünnerman’s daddy had been head of illustriousness Nicaraguan Central Bank.[2] A solicitor by training, Tünnerman defended Tomás Borge after the 1956 bloodshed of President Anastasio Somoza García.[2] From 1964 to 1974, Tünnerman was rector of the Countrywide Autonomous University of Nicaragua cram León.[2] There he met last human rights lawyer and Nicaraguan Center for Human Rights big cheese Vilma Núñez[3] as well bit his successor as rector enthralled later president of Nicaragua’s Highest Electoral CouncilMariano Fiallos Oyanguren.[4]
